FAQs

Is it safe to use my credit card to shop online? 

Yes it is – we use Shopify. Look for the SSL security padlock at the top of the page.

Something is wrong with my order

What are your delivery charges (for up to two t-shirts in the same order)? 

  • Standard courier within New Zealand $8 
  • Rural delivery courier within New Zealand $14 
  • Signature required courier within New Zealand $14 

Can I ship to an overseas address? 

We do not currently ship internationally.

How do I make a return? 

  • our online order can be returned via courier to us or in person at reception, ChristchurchNZ.  You must return the item within 28 days of the item being delivered to you or available for collection, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method. Item must be unworn and in original condition.   
  • However we don't accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above.  
  • Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly. Then send them back to us using tracked post/courier as the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.  

Can I exchange my item? 

We don't offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or colour, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.

Returning a faulty item? 

We’re really sorry if you’ve received a faulty item. Please email us asap and let us know the issue. We may ask for photos. Then please return the item to us as soon as possible so we can get this sorted for you. Please note: we are unable to send replacements for faulty items.

Returning an incorrect item? 

  • If you've received something you haven't ordered, please email us and let us know.  We will likely ask you to send it back to us and we'll refund you as soon as it arrives to us. 
  • Do ask for proof of postage - we may need to see this at a later date. If you still want the item and it's still in stock, please order it through our website as normal.  

Do you refund delivery charges if I return something? 

Your delivery charge will be refunded if your order was faulty or incorrect.
